Carnival Cruise ship goes back after girl gets seriously injured

A Carnival Cruise Line ship was forced to go return to its Galveston, Texas port on Monday, June 13 after a girl fell down a flight of stairs and incurred serious injury.
According to a news report posted on ABC13.com, a Carnival Cruise Line spokesman said medical respondents evaluated the girl at the ship’s medical center after the fall and came to the conclusion that she needed to be taken back to land for medical treatment. She was in stable condition as she was removed from the ship.
